Because we believe regular maintenance is vital for your online success, we offer 237 WebCare clients a VIP hourly rate for all services, priority support status, and complimentary fixes. Good website maintenance is like a good driving record – and you should be rewarded!

**About FREE 5-Minute Fixes
- There are four (4) 5-minute fixes per month for a total of 20 minutes.
- The service time is applied to technical services completed beyond monthly maintenance.
- Minutes are month-specific and do not accumulate.
Service Terms & Conditions
- All plans are subject to change.
- Service and daily backups require installation of plugins.
- Site backups are required before any website work is completed.
- Daily updates may cause conflicts that result in website errors and/or downtime. If this occurs, we will identify and correct the issue(s) as quickly as possible. This service time will be applied as FREE 5-minute Fixes. If additional time is needed, it will be invoiced at the VIP hourly rate.
